About Us

Memorial Health System of Southwest Oklahoma is an independent, nonprofit public trust healthcare system dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve. As a public trust, all resources and revenues are reinvested into patient care, services, technology, and programs that benefit Southwest Oklahoma.

With the addition of Memorial Health System – Southwest Campus on December 1, 2025, Memorial now includes 606 licensed beds across two hospital campuses, including 464 acute care beds and 142 long-term care beds. The health system employs approximately 3000 team members, grants privileges to more than 600 providers, and is supported by approximately 125 volunteers.

Memorial provides a comprehensive network of inpatient and outpatient services, specialty care, rehabilitation, physician clinics, and community-based programs designed to deliver high-quality, compassionate care close to home.

Governed by a five-member Board of Trustees, Memorial remains independent while collaborating with Integris Health and other regional partners to expand access to advanced, patient-centered care. Memorial Health System is accredited by The Joint Commission and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), reflecting our longstanding commitment to quality, safety, and excellence in patient care for more than 75 years.
